We align ARC’s managed cyber security services to recognised good-practice security frameworks, including an operating model mapped to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF). Where helpful, we also map detections and reporting to MITRE ATT&CK techniques so you can see what’s being detected, why it matters, and how it’s being handled. This gives you clearer security information, practical best practices, and reporting that supports relevant regulatory requirements.

ARC Secure is UK GDPR compliant. We ingest security telemetry and metadata needed to detect and investigate threats (for example, security incidents, security alerts, and signals of suspicious activity). We do not ingest your business content (such as email bodies or file contents) as part of the service, helping reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive data.

Service management is UK-based. SOC operations are EU-based, with teams in Ireland and Poland.
