Managed cyber security services
Managed cyber security for essential services organisations. 24/7 monitoring, clear escalation, and plain-English support - so you can focus on delivering care, not managing cyber risk.

Cyber threats are daily. Managed cyber security services close the gap.
Essential services organisations handle sensitive information under real pressure - often with limited IT resource and no dedicated security specialist on staff - which means threats go undetected until it's too late. ARC Secure closes that gap with 24/7 monitoring, clear escalation, and plain-English support that doesn’t add to your team's workload.
50
%
UK businesses breached (last 12 months)
Half of UK businesses and 32% of charities experienced a cyber security breach or attack in the past year (UK Government Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2024).
68
%
Breaches involve a human element
Attackers exploit human behaviour by impersonating trusted brands (e.g. “Microsoft” sign‑ins, shared documents, urgent invoices) to trick employees into handing over access or approving malicious actions (Verizon DBIR 2025).
19000
UK ransomware attacks (2024)
Ransomware causes downtime, financial loss and reputational damage; recovery can take weeks or months. In 2024 there were ~19,000 ransomware attacks in the UK with typical demands around £4m, and it’s estimated around a third of companies end up paying.
Everything we manage on your behalf
Our managed cyber security services take ownership of the day-to-day and the things that usually fall between service providers, with clear responsibilities if you have an in-house IT lead or existing IT services provider. The result is calmer business operations and more peace of mind.
-
Proactive monitoring
Our managed cyber security services monitor your endpoints, email, and network security around the clock, tracking network traffic in real time, spotting security threats early and acting before they become visible disruption for staff, patients and students - especially during weekends and holiday periods when teams are stretched. -
Support and escalation
Clear routes to help, faster resolution, and a named contact who owns your issue - no "not our problem" handoffs, and clear incident response steps you can follow. -
Supplier coordination
We manage partner and vendor touchpoints on your behalf, so you're not chasing multiple suppliers when something needs fixing. -
Reporting and visibility
Plain English updates and regular reports, including specific context where relevant, so stakeholders always know what's happening, what's been resolved, and what's coming next. -
Microsoft-independent monitoring
ARC Secure operates outside your Microsoft 365 environment, so if an attacker compromises an admin account, they cannot simply disable the monitoring layer protecting your organisation. -
Quarterly maturity scorecard
Not just operational stats. Every quarter, we show how your security posture is improving, what changed, and the next hardening priorities - so you can track progress and make decisions with confidence.

Frequently asked questions
ARC Secure is priced from £5 per user per month. No hidden call-out fees, no surprise charges. We'll give you a clear, itemised quote after a short discovery conversation, once we understand your IT environment, likely potential threats, and requirements.
Yes. ARC’s managed cyber security services are designed as a co-managed service, complementing your existing IT team, not replacing them. We fill the specialist security layer that most IT generalists don't have the time, tools, or cybersecurity skills to cover. Your IT lead keeps ownership of day-to-day infrastructure. We own the security operations.
Most IT service providers manage infrastructure day-to-day. ARC Secure is the dedicated 24/7 security layer - monitoring for threats continuously, using threat detection to respond fast when something happens, and giving specific hardening recommendations so issues don’t repeat. We work alongside your IT team or MSP with clear responsibilities: they manage your infrastructure; ARC keeps it secure.
We follow a structured 40-step onboarding plan covering technical setup, team introductions, escalation paths, and governance documentation. Most clients complete onboarding within two to eight weeks, depending on the size of your environment and the services you're taking on. You’ll get a clear timeline at the start, with a predictable schedule communicated at every stage and no unexpected disruption to your working day. The process also helps identify priority digital assets and any immediate vulnerability management actions.
We align ARC’s managed cyber security services to recognised good-practice security frameworks, including an operating model mapped to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF). Where helpful, we also map detections and reporting to MITRE ATT&CK techniques so you can see what’s being detected, why it matters, and how it’s being handled. This gives you clearer security information, practical best practices, and reporting that supports relevant regulatory requirements.
ARC Secure is UK GDPR compliant. We ingest security telemetry and metadata needed to detect and investigate threats (for example, security incidents, security alerts, and signals of suspicious activity). We do not ingest your business content (such as email bodies or file contents) as part of the service, helping reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive data.
Service management is UK-based. SOC operations are EU-based, with teams in Ireland and Poland.
A Security Operations Centre (SOC) is the team and technology responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to threats around the clock. Building one in-house is expensive. Our SOC as a service model gives you the same 24/7 coverage, continuous monitoring, triage, and response, including event management, managed detection, and practical threat hunting, at a cost that works for an SME or public sector budget.
Yes. ARC services are available through the G-Cloud procurement framework, which can simplify procurement for many NHS/public sector organisations.
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll map your current environment, identify your gaps, and recommend the right scope, with no obligation to proceed. You'll leave the call with a clear picture of your security position, the security measures already in place, and what it would take to address the gaps.
